Dr. Darrell R. Jackson is engaged in theoretical and experimental research in ocean acoustics at the Applied Physics Laboratory at the University of Washington. This includes random scattering in the ocean, acoustic remote sensing of the ocean bottom, and related signal processing methods.

Dr. Christopher D. Jones'sresearch interests include both forward inverse problems in ocean acoustics at the Applied Physics Laboratory at the University of Washington. He is involved in research on scattering from and within ocean sediments, as well as inversions of acoustic signals to examine biological activity, hydrothermal plume flow, and particle size distributions.

Dr. David Palmer
